We work closely with the following organizations and agencies.

Rashmi Brown and by extension, CHES Solutions Group, had such a positive impact on the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program as we prepared for the creation and delivery of core competency training to meet certification requirements for our Child Advocate Managers.  Her enthusiasm, dedication, knowledge and relevant child welfare experience provided such a
positive avenue in the development of high level, professional
curriculum which I am happy to share is now being delivered statewide for
our Program.
I am confident in sharing that it is because of the direct and timely contributions on the content made by Rashmi Brown that we have been so successful on the implementation of this material.  Thank you so much for
all your assistance and guidance, Rashmi. It has been a pleasure working with you and hope we get an opportunity to collaborate on future projects.
-Mary Kay McAnally, Director of Education and Development, Florida
Statewide Guardian ad Litem Office

It has been an honor to work with CHES Solutions Group over the past seven year. Their staff present themselves in a professional manner, being competent and highly knowledgeable in all aspects of program planning, implementation, training and evaluation. CHES believes in and models integrity, and by adhering to these ethical principles, have built their solid reputation.
-Gina Brien, Executive Director, Appalachian Kentucky Health Care Access Network

The Montgomery County Health Department began working with CHES Solutions in 2008 after we received a HRSA Rural Health Outreach grant to provide access to primary medical and dental care for our Hispanic/migrant population in Montgomery and surrounding counties. As with most grants, evaluation is a critical component of the deliverables. Not only did we receive a quality evaluation but we forged a longstanding partnership with CHES which led to additional federal and state funding as well as state and national recognition for our community health worker programs and training. Our relationship with CHES and their understanding of the critical work we were doing in our area positioned Montgomery County to receive federal funding to begin a federally qualified health center in 2012, Sterling Health Care. Grant evaluation, grant writing, grant management and a host of other services is what makes this organization a valuable asset to any agency who seeks to expand their services in order to meet the needs of the populations you serve.
-Jan Chamness, former Public Health Director, Montgomery County Health Department | current Division Director, Women’s Health at the Kentucky Department of Public Health

CHES Solutions Group was the ideal partner for a recent opportunity we had at the University of South Florida School of Social Work. We were asked by the Florida Statewide Guardian Ad Litem Program to create a pre-service curriculum based on their newly required certification process. This became a 7 day curriculum over a three month period. This would be the first of its kind in the Nation. CHES Staff became integral partners in both development and presentation. Topics ranged from the basics of being a Child Advocate Manager (CAM) to becoming trauma focused, the basics of supervision and ending with the court system, behaviors, decorum and documentation. Interestingly, we finished our collaboration during the times of COVID-19 where we found CHES to be a flexible, creative, helpful partner.  This was truly one of the best collaborative efforts I have ever had the pleasure of participating in.  If you are seeking a flexible, pragmatic partner who also has tremendous practice understanding, CHES would be an ideal partner solution for you and your team, whether you are a state agency or community based provider, CHES understands your pressure and then flexibly responds to your needs.
